I've always been a bit of a lifestyle stuntman. In 2001, I hitchhiked across country visiting intentional communities and ecovillages for another perspective on American life. In 2011, I challenged myself to live for a year without the use of money. And now I'm planning a motorcycle tour across the country to celebrate the legacy of Will Rogers and open people's minds to the possibilities being developed in election reform.

My latest show is called Get The Bunk Out. It is largely comprised of jokes and anecdotes written by Will Rogers nearly a century ago, infused with a few original poems and songs that echo his sentiment.

I've written and self-published a number of books including Money, Sex, Power & Faith: Questioning the Building Blocks of Civilization and Steve McAlphabet Explains ABC Squared Economics: Creating A New Economy By Cultivating Artistry, Business, Citizenry, And Community under my given name, Steve McAllister.

Sarasota, Florida is my hometown, and I currently live on Whitaker Bayou, named for William Whitaker, Sarasota's first settler, who I played in the 2014 film No Real Than You Are. I offer pay-what-you-want canoe tours of the bayou, which is a beautiful piece of Old Florida that few ever see. I also work as a tour guide for Discover Sarasota Tours and frequently open my home to couchsurfers.
