Unfortunately, it's not like we're given that much of a choice. All of the candidates have to step and fetch to appease the parties, which were designed to serve money. I'm grateful that the idea of Ranked Choice Voting is coming to light, but essentially, I think we need to get over the idea that we need to keep giving disreputable people so much power over us. Maybe one day we can try creating an actual democracy.
